The DTI "Threats and Opportunities" Tour to
China

Author: CDA Africa The CDA Africa has been liaising with the Beijing Axis
and the DTI to put together a tour to investigate the threats and
opportunities from China for our industry sector. The tour would
take place over 8 days and a series of meetings would be arranged by the
Beijing Axis to suit the industry and products of each delegate. The
tour would be partially subsidised by the DTI and 3 members of the DTI
will accompany the industry members. Indicative net costs of the tour
would be R30 000.00 per delegate inclusive of the DTI subsidy. A maximum
of 11 delegates can be accommodated. Preference will be given to
supporting members and thereafter on a first come basis. If you are
interested in participating in the tour, please advise
Gordon Grant as soon as
possible. A 50% deposit (R15 000.00) per delegate would be
requested as soon as the details have been finalised. There are forms
that have to be completed by the individual delegates and returned to
the DTI by no later than the end of 2nd week January 2006 in order to
comply with the DTI requirements. |
